how to get out from a stereotype?
I think that someway to get out from stereotype or prejudice like these thing
firstly I think that you need to recognize what your situation is .
Concretely for example, now you are a student and then you always feel go to a school is not benefit for me because student always sit down on the chair during a class room but actually most of people not interested in and the more they are to throw something or talk with neighbor or using a smartphone during a class room this is why ....
why do they do like these thing?
the reson that firstly the class room of contents are not interested in for them .
some people ( it’s me ) dubious about their situation.
And some people take an action . drop out their school. Or resign their school.
And they could gradually realize they are in stereotype but some people doesn’t.
An Education is really right ? “
I don’t think so.
according to my experience, Japanese education is not useful for a business like this region. I assume that go to an university is not improve yourself because most important skill is “make a money by yourself “ which would very difficult.
But ..,,,
most of peoples is belongs to a company,isn’t it ?
Therefore most important skill is business skill rather than academic skill !!!
why does people need to belong to a company?
I askd one of my Japanese friends , he said my brother belongs to a company also this is usually thing those people would be not realize what their situation is .
They are in stereotypes !!!
Because belongs to a company therefore invests your time to the company also the company produce the company of benefit by your working also ....yeah which would be have a benefit to improve your skill , like belongs to a It company or like that .
but Japanese doesn’t. Firstly they are not recognize “ I’m earning a money, making a money .
why do they not realize it ?
Firstly, Japanese worker guarantee by Japanese legislation which could not dismiss a worker immediately ,
Unless the worker provokes a serous problem or the worker of working is so bad .
Therefore they haven’t an knowledge about a money which is influence by Japanese culture.

The more they become an optimistic about money.
Therefore Japanese people not attempt to improve themselves because not need to .
on the other hands , other country like America not exist like these legislation.
So they tend to improve themselves because they would be dismiss unless improve themselves .
in Japan, hiring new fresh graduates all at once which would be strange system for other country of people.
yes , I have been feeling it’s a very strange .
and parents would be admire their child if children hired by a company.
and most of Japanese parents hope to continue the working .
i think that is also very strange which is My opinion. Because many parents continue to the child “ you need to continue the working even if the child said my working is not adapte for me “
parents said “ you should be continue it”
because japanese culture has many respect towards like working itself
in particularly, Japanese older people of perspective that is over working deserves as an admirable thing .
Working
Even if you are efficiency is so high ,but you do not over working therefore you would not evaluate by boss which are tradional working style in Japan .
But Recently the working style is gradually changing that would be activate a Japanese economy and this kind of working would be definitely increase since now because younger Japanese people prefer to like these working style .
they are influenced by the Japanese culture, first time the working is not likeable but gradually you would have no feeling on the working even if the working is not likeable thing .
why I don’t like Japanese traditional working style ?
